St Ives Town FC continue partnership with Cambridge Sensotec Ltd for 2026/27 Season
St Ives Town FC is proud and delighted to confirm the continuation of its long-standing partnership with Cambridge Sensotec Ltd, who will remain First Team Home Kit Sponsor for the 2026/27 season.
The renewed deal extends a relationship between the club and the company that spans more than a decade and comes as St Ives Town prepares for a new campaign at Step Four football following an eleven-year run in Step Three.
STIFC Commercial Director Mark Taylor commented on the significance of the ongoing support:
“We have had Cambridge Sensotec as a great partner and supporter for many years now, and this has been critical in enabling the club to both be stable and continue to thrive for the past decade or more. It is brilliant to have such long-standing support.”
Cambridge Sensotec Founder Director Mark Swetnam echoed that sentiment, reflecting on the club’s recent transition and the early stages of this season:
“Having just narrowly missed out on staying in Step Three football after an amazing run of eleven consecutive years, the club has done a fantastic job in stabilising and rebuilding the team and getting prepared for a new season at Step Four football. With the football pyramid getting ever more competitive, this will be an equally challenging league to play in, with some big teams across the Midlands region. The fans and players are looking forward to some new places to visit, as well as welcoming back some old adversaries from previous years. The clubhouse has been redecorated by an army of volunteers, and the grounds have been tidied to make the place look better than ever. It is brilliant to see so many people roll up their sleeves to help out.”
Mark also paid tribute to the club’s new leadership and playing squad:
“I want to thank our new Co-Chairmen, Andy Dunn and Mark Taylor, who have skilfully guided the club through a difficult transition period both on and off the field in the last few months. They have brought in some great people with the key skills needed to help run the club successfully. I also want to thank our previous manager, Ricky, on the work he done with the first team over the last decade as well as welcoming our new manager; Tommy Cooney and I want to congratulate him on an excellent first win last week. It’s been great to see some of the Academy players getting promoted to first team action, and I wish them every success.”
St Ives Town FC is embarking on renewed stability off the pitch and a rebuilt squad on it, backed once again by the continued support of Cambridge Sensotec Ltd.
