Two more sign for the Ives

St Ives Town manager Ricky Marheineke continues to boost his squad with central defender Callum Milne signing ahead of the 2026/27 season. The defender is no stranger to the Quattro-Tech Westwood Road as he was previously with the Ives during the 2022/23 campaign. A permanent switch to Corby followed and in season 2024/25, he featured 43 times, contributing 4 goals that saw the Steelmen finish as runners-up in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division. He then went onto sign for Wellingborough.

Also joining the Ives is midfielder Junior Varela. Junior was previously at Stamford where he joined in February 2025 from Soham Town Rangers. He made 22 appearances for the Lincolnshire outfit last season. He has also played football in Portugal.
