Under 18’s storm to 8-0 victory

St Ives Town Under 18’s continued their unbeaten start to the season as they won 8-0 at home to Spalding on Monday night.

The Ives were 4-0 up at the break, and scored another four goals in the second half. The result means that the Ives have scored 15 goals from their first two league games of the season following a 7-0 victory against Whittlesey in their opening game last week.

With back-to-back victories, the Ives are top of the early season Thurlow Nunn Youth League, West Division table. Their next league match is at Heacham on 11 September.
