Wilks departs the Ives

St Ives Town FC can this morning announce that goalkeeper Dan Wilks has taken an offer from another club and will be returning to step 2 for the 2025/26 season.

After a fantastic campaign for the Ives that culminated in the shot stopper winning the Managers Player of the Year award this is fully deserved move for Dan. Although we are sad to lose him, everyone at the club wishes Dan all the very best for the future.

On leaving St Ives, Dan had the following to say…

“I’d like to thank the club for all the support throughout my time. It’s been such a pleasure playing under Ricky and I wish him and the team all the best for the season ahead”.
